Early bird registration has been extended to 4:30pm ET on Monday, February 28nd!  If you want to take advantage of the discounted rate, please fill out and return the registration form to us NOW! Also, member companies that joined TTC after March 31, 2019 are eligible for a new member discount!

We have worked with The Breakers again this year to keep the rates as low as possible at $430/night (for a limited number of Deluxe style rooms for the nights of March 23rd, 24th, and 25th) and $450/night for March 26th. We are close to selling out our room block, especially for the evenings of March 23rd and March 26th. Prices cannot be guaranteed after February 24th as unsold rooms in our block will be returned to the hotel. We urge you to register for the conference and make your reservation early as rooms will sell out. Once you fill out and send in the attached registration, we will send you via email the reservation link to access the room block.

We are requiring all attendees to be fully vaccinated. The current CDC definition of “fully vaccinated” is two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Though a booster is not required, we do encourage you to get one to keep you and those around you safe. Also, please check out The Breakers’ B Safe – Health & Safety Initiative to see the steps they have taken to keep their guests (you!) safe!

Exclusive: TTC-KPMG Virtual Program with IRS’ Nikole Flax @ Virtual Event
May 23 @ 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm

Please join us for a discussion with Nikole Flax, Commissioner, LB&I; Holly Paz, Deputy Commissioner, LB&I; and Jennifer Best, Director, Treaty and Transfer Pricing Operations.

Tax disputes and revenue authority activity are top of mind for today’s multinationals, as they deal with increasing activity across the globe. Pending tax reform, Pillar 1 and Pillar 2, and the continuing impact of COVID-19 (to name just a few) have combined to make the tax enforcement landscape a challenging one. For U.S. multinationals, the starting point for tax enforcement is the Internal Revenue Service, where a number of important initiatives are underway. Join us for this special event, and hear directly from Nikole Flax, Holly Paz, and Jennifer Best, as they talk about their priorities and initiatives and what to expect in the coming years.

This lively and insightful discussion will be moderated by KPMG’s Mike Dolan, National Director, IRS Policies & Dispute Resolution, Washington National Tax, and Sharon Katz-Pearlman, Global Head, Tax Dispute Resolution & Controversy, KPMG International, and Co-Principal in Charge, Tax Dispute Resolution & Controversy, Washington National Tax.
