Checks should be made payable to The Tax Council.
Membership dues are deductible as a business expense,
except that portion designated as lobbying expenses.
Dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution and are not refundable.
Membership
will terminate only upon receipt of written
notice from member or formal action by the Board of Directors.
